Frequently Asked Questions

What to know before we roll.

Straightforward answers about planning, production, revisions, usage rights, travel, and working with Reelvora Media.

What kinds of videos do you produce?

We create vertical short-form video for Reels, Shorts, and similar mobile-first platforms. Our core services are Monthly Reels Retainers, Vertical Series Production, and Cut-downs & Captions. Projects can include product demonstrations, interviews, educational clips, behind-the-scenes stories, and location-based content.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines depend on the number of videos, locations, and approval stages. A focused production may take two to four weeks from kickoff through final delivery. Monthly retainers follow a recurring planning, filming, editing, and review schedule agreed on before work begins.

How many revisions are included?

Each proposal defines the included revision rounds. Feedback is typically consolidated by your team and applied in scheduled rounds. Requests that materially change the approved concept, script, or scope may require an updated timeline and additional fee approval.

Who owns the finished videos?

Usage rights are outlined in the project agreement. Once the applicable invoice is paid, clients generally receive the agreed rights to use approved final deliverables on the channels and for the duration specified in that agreement. Raw footage and project files are addressed separately.

Can you work with our existing footage?

Yes. Our Cut-downs & Captions service can turn suitable long-form or existing footage into concise vertical edits. We review the source material first to confirm its image quality, audio quality, format, and available usage permissions.

Do you provide scripts and creative direction?

Yes. Depending on scope, we can help shape concepts, episode structures, hooks, interview prompts, shot lists, and scripts. We align the creative approach with your audience, brand voice, offer, and practical production needs.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. Reelvora Media can plan on-location production outside the San Francisco area when the project calls for it. Travel time, transportation, lodging, permits, and related production expenses are scoped and approved in advance.

What does the client need to provide?

We typically need a primary contact, brand guidance, timely approvals, access to locations and products, and confirmation that featured people may be recorded. We will provide a clear preparation list before production.
